Whether you want to give more effective presentations or simply feel more at ease speaking up in any group setting, this course is designed to help you communicate with more relational presence and real connection.
What You'll Learn
Over five weeks, we'll explore the 5 Practices of Connected Speaking through interactive small group sessions (limited to five participants) and personalized 1:1 coaching.
Group Sessions
Each week, join a 90-minute session where you'll:

Learn to manage speaking anxiety and communicate with clarity and ease

Practice real-time speaking with supportive feedback and live coaching

Receive reflections from peers on the strengths they see in you

Build skills you can use immediately in meetings, presentations, and conversations

Connect in a warm, encouraging environment that values experimentation and growth
Individual Coaching
Along with group training, receive individualized coaching to deepen your growth:

Kickoff Session (30 min): Clarify your goals and ground yourself in the Connected Speaking approach

Midpoint Session (1 hour): Get targeted support on a talk, theme, or message you want to develop
(Optional: submit a 5–10 minute video for personalized review) -
Closing Session (30 min): Reflect on progress and identify everyday opportunities for continued growth
Course Dates & Timing
🗓 Thursdays in October — Oct 2, 9, 16, 23, 30
🕙 90-min small group sessions between10:30am - 1:30pm PT (exact timing based on participant availability)
📹 Sessions will be recorded for participant use only — in case you miss a week or want to review.
